You do not own the virtual tokens or their functionality—you only have the right to use them within the Services. If you violate these Terms, we may terminate this license. We reserve the right to unilaterally manage, adjust, or remove virtual tokens without liability.

 

 

2.2 Prohibition on Token Transfer

The transfer or sale of virtual tokens is strictly prohibited, as is the sale, distribution, or transfer of user accounts. Violations may result in account closure, token confiscation, and potential permanent bans or legal action.

 

2.3 Service Ownership

This Agreement does not grant ownership of the Service. The Service is provided under license, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights (including intellectual property rights). You agree not to remove or modify any proprietary notices on the Service.

 

2.4 Usage Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by this Agreement, you may not:

Sell, rent, or transfer rights related to the Service to third parties

Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service

Reproduce Service content in any form

Use the Service without authorization

decompile or reverse engineer the Service's source code (except as permitted by law)

enable multiple users to access the Service through file sharing or other means

falsely represent the origin or ownership of the Service

crawl the Service's content or create related databases

3. Eligibility Requirements

Resident of a non-restricted region (Washington State, Idaho, and Quebec Province in Canada)

Use the service solely for personal entertainment

Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension or termination. Fraudulent activities or the use of software to enhance gameplay are strictly prohibited. Each user is limited to one account.

 

 

4. User Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for 60 consecutive days may be closed.

You may request account closure by contacting customer service. Closure will result in the expiration of all virtual tokens and related rights.

6. Verification Process

We may conduct necessary verifications such as credit background checks. You must cooperate actively.

 

6.2 Account Restrictions

You do not own the user account; all related rights belong to us.

We reserve the right to remove user content without notice and are not liable for user behavior or the content they submit.

You agree that we may use your name, likeness, and related information for service-related purposes without compensation.
